We're excited to share that we recently received the limited edition Oilpainting Tarot from Klára Sedlo!
Klára graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and is known for paintings of bizarre stories, strange objects, and horror-like atmospheres with elements of witchcraft, folk magic, and spirituality.
In 2024, she created tarot-inspired oil paintings that became the Oilpainting Tarot deck. Inspired by the Tarot de Marseille, Budapest Tarot, and Bologna Tarot, Klára brought simple colors and classical figures into oil paintings while adding her own modern twist.
Instead of the traditional 22 Major Arcana cards, this deck features 28 cards. Some archetypes remain (Death, Wheel of Fortune, Gentleness), while others are completely new (Hen, Architect, Shoe Quarrel), reflecting contemporary themes with a fresh perspective on classic tarot.

Each deck is signed and numbered by Klára Sedlo and is limited to only 250 copies.
