Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love everything you ordered. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To be eligible, your return must be:

  • Requested and postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date
  • In new, unused condition and in its original packaging

We cannot accept returns for opened items, used items, or anything not in resellable condition.

How to Return

To start a return, please get in touch with us to receive our return shipping address and instructions. We do not accept unsolicited returns.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 3% restocking fee is deducted from refunds to cover credit card processing fees.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace the item or offer a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive your refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange based on your preference.

Refunds may take 5 - 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that original shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
