Where do you ship from?
All of our items ship from Denver, Colorado. This central U.S. location helps ensure fast and efficient delivery nationwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders within the U.S. typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3 - 4 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address anytime in your account.
If you’ve placed an order and notice the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately — we may be able to catch the shipment. However, once the package has been handed over to the postal service, we’re unable to update the shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. You're welcome to contact us about canceling your order, but we're typically unable to accommodate these requests. Orders may be shipped at various times, and we often receive cancellation requests after the order has already been processed and shipped.
