From Shakespeare to Leonardo da Vinci, from Louis the Sun King to Queen Elizabeth, the Renaissance was a colorful time of artistic genius and absolute monarchs. This period Tarot deck captures the artistry and diversity of an age when velvet-draped courtiers walked the marble halls of palaces while peasant farmers toiled in the fields. The spirit, the civilization, and the culture of an epoch of great artistic and cultural energy call forth from these suggestive cards.

The companion booklets for most Lo Scarabeo decks are in five languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German.
