Kat Ryalls

Kat Ryalls is a Studio Art graduate from Elon University, where she earned her degree with a concentration in Painting in 2003. As a lifelong creator, Kat finds inspiration in nature, weaving her observations and explorations into her art.

After spending much of her adult life in New Orleans, Kat returned to her home state of North Carolina to embrace a quieter life in the mountains. This transition has influenced her work, infusing it with the tranquility and beauty of her surroundings. Kat also nurtures a passion for travel, often taking her studio on the road to explore and paint across the United States. Recently, her most rewarding adventures have been the simple ones—a walk out her front door into the lush North Carolina landscape.
