The deck is published by Olivia M Healy, a queer illustrator based in London, and much of the illustrations are inspired by her experiences in London's drag and nightlife scene.

Olivia crowdfunded and self-published her major Omni Tarot project, a 78-card tarot deck with original illustrations.
