The Jean Noblet Tarot was produced in Paris in 1650 and is one of the oldest Tarot de Marseille decks. This 30-card deck includes the 22 Trumps, the two of coins, 6 gaff cards, and an information card.

The gaffs include one double backer, one blank face, one double-faced The Magician / The Magician, one double-faced The Sun / The Moon, one card with The Hanged Man missing, and one card with The Hermit’s lantern turned off.

The deck has been translated into English. The first edition is limited to only 500 decks. To make them extra special, each deck is individually numbered on the seals.

The marks on the backs were designed to balance readability and invisibility. They were not designed to uphold the scrutiny of being posted online. So, help us (and you) keep the secret. By buying this deck you agree to not post photos of the backs online.

She specializes in linocut printmaking, which is similar to how tarot cards were produced. This background gives her unique insight into digitally restoring historic artwork. To date, she has created 16 tarot decks for Artisan Tarot.
