A strange occurrence happened today that I just can’t explain.
This morning, I received a notification from YouTube that one of the channels I follow released a video for an instrument called the Colour Palatte.
This reminded me of a friend who played a similar instrument when we were in high school. I hadn't spoken to him since August, so I thought that it would be good to reach out and share the video.
He immediately replied and told me that it was a strange coincidence because his co-worker had just brought it into work to share with everyone.
Now, this alone is quite a coincidence because he doesn’t even work in the music industry. But, it got even stranger...
At that moment, I received a notification from my calendar that it was his birthday today. I completely forgot about it, but I subconsciously decided to send him a message. And of course, I told him happy birthday.

In 1937, Dr. Rhine set out to study these types of strange synchronicities with scientific and academic rigor at the prestigious Duke University.
He created two decks of cards to test the powers of the mind, commonly called hunches, intuition, and mind-reading. The term extra-sensory perception covers all these and is abbreviated to ESP.
Dr. Rhine's goal was to find people with ESP so that these phenomena could be better understood. After the experiments, he concluded that many, if not all, normal persons have ESP ability if they are tested under the right conditions.
After 85 years, we are excited to bring the original cards back to life. We’ve completely redrawn the images to improve the symmetry and clarity of the back design and symbols.
The set contains two decks of cards: a blue-backed, plain deck with all the symbols blue and a brown-backed, colored deck with symbols of different colors.
Each deck contains 25 cards which include five sets of the circle, plus, wavy lines, square, and star.
