We are happy to share that we have finalized the design for the Jean Dodal trump cards! As in our other decks, we strive to find an ideal balance between the original images and our contemporary updates, bringing consistency and clarity to the cards.
Here are a few notable differences from our review decks and production decks:
- On the Magician, we added the handle back to the cup on the left side of the table.
- On the House of God, we updated the floating box to be attached to the right side of the wheel.
- On the Hanged Man, we updated the trees to green.
- On XIII, we added blue to the skeleton’s arm and body.
- On Temperance, we updated the color on her dress to tan.
- On the Devil, we made the Devil’s chest yellow and gave the creatures red nipples.
- On the Tower, we updated the figure’s pant leg to yellow.
- On the World, we updated the colors on the bull to match the original.
- We updated the tan to a lighter tan for all the hands and faces.
We have sent our design for the Jean Dodal deck to Shuffled Ink and we are now waiting for them to be produced. Unless there are delays, we should receive the decks in 7 - 8 weeks.
