Marga Biazzi

Marga "BlackBanshee" Biazzi (Italy) is an illustrator who has collaborated with Italian and international publishing houses as a children's illustrator. She has created titles for SanApolo periodicals, Giunti editore, and the R1 publishing group. She also illustrated two stories for Storytime by the English Luma Creatives. She is also the creator of several graphic novels, including Cruel Little Ballads. Marga is a student of Japanese language and culture, and is the artist of the Yokai Tarot.

Incredibly interesting and beautiful deck! I had hesitated to purchase it because I know so very little of Japanese Yokai, but this deck has opened a delightfuly rich study of Yokai for me. I would highly recommend this deck for it’s beauty and to learn another facet of Japanese culture if you are unfamiliar with it.

I bought this deck and it's accompanying bag for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. The quality of the box is very good first of all, the cards are a nice thick stock. The art is gorgeous the whole way through and it comes with a nice little booklet on the inside that goes over meaning and the lore of all of the yokai. Fantastic buy, I highly recommend it.

I think they are beautiful. I like the card stock.
I connect the lore with the traditional reading and my guided intuitive take.
The lore helps bring a story to life to directly connect to the person I'm reading for making it feel very fantastic and anciently connected.

I love everything about this deck. The art is amazing and exactly what I was looking for. The texture of cards is nice and it shuffles good. And I like those short description to each card. The meaning of them is not much changed and they are described by short info + story about some creature from japan mythology.
