Working with Artist Alejandro R Rozan

We are excited to announce that we are working with Alejandro R Rozan to release his new deck titled Tarot des Ambiguïtés.

When we first saw images of Alejandro’s deck on Instagram, we were amazed by the ingenuity of his artwork. We immediately contacted him to let him know we were interested in working together to publish his deck.

He replied and let us know that he would enjoy collaborating with us. So, after working together for more than six months, his deck is finally ready to share with you. And we honestly can’t think of a better person to work with as we expand Artisan Tarot.

About Alejandro R Rozan

Alejandro R Rozan is a 31-year-old Cuban artist based in the USA whose art revolves around the arcane mysticism of the tarot world. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the Academy of Fine Arts of Ciego de Avila. In his work, he employs a variety of mediums including watercolor, pencil, pen, and digital art.

When Alejandro was a child, he saw his first Tarot de Marseille deck and from that moment he felt an inexplicable attraction to tarot. This lead him to a focused study of the history, artists, authors, and divinatory approaches to reading the cards. Alejandro views the tarot as an endless symbolic language that has allowed him to explore his creativity as artist and illustrator.

His Tarot des Ambiguïtés marks the culmination of years of research and planning. This is his first published tarot deck in collaboration with Steven Bright and Artisan Tarot. This deck is not only his personal take on the Tarot de Marseille, but also a special tribute to the tarot decks that constantly inspire him to create.

Alejandro's artwork has been published in magazines such as Esotoracle in Issue 5 and Azoth in Volume 1, Number 1. His first tarot related comic was published in Kronikas, L'Inventaire Imaginaire in Issue 5.

Tarot des Ambiguïtés will be available for preorder next week. For now, we will leave you with a few images to spark your imagination.

We can’t wait to share more with you about this phenomenal deck.
