Hello from Tbilisi, Georgia!
Today, we want to share an update on where we have been living and working for the past year. Because Krisztin is from Hungary and I’m from the United States, our visas only allow us to live in each other’s countries for 90 days at a time.
So, for the past year, we have been traveling around the world. We’ve lived in Hungary, the United States, and Mexico. We now reside in the charming city of Tbilisi, Georgia.
Tbilisi has a little over one million residents and has a lot of activities including climbing gyms, hiking trails, and amazing restaurants. In fact, the food is very fresh and delicious. My new favorite is Lobiani, which is a bread filled with beans.
So, why did we decide to live in Georgia?
The primary reason is that Georgia allows US and EU citizens to stay in the country for up to 365 days a year. This means we don’t have to constantly move in order to stay compliant with our visas.
Plus, Krisztin is working on a secret project where she needs to stay in one location for a while. We will share more about this soon. 🤫
Georgia is also a beautiful country. It has breathtaking mountains, waterfalls, and wildlife. For example, the photo above was taken from Gergeti Trinity Church near Stepantsminda. It took about an hour to hike up the mountain, and as you can see, the views are stunning!
When we aren’t exploring, we are working nonstop on projects which include our new lecture series, the Jacques Vieville Tarot, and the Tarot des Ambiguïtés by Alejandro R Rozán.
We look forward to sharing more about our upcoming projects and are happy you are with us for the journey.
We will see you in our next update!
