Our goal at Artisan Tarot is to produce the finest quality tarot decks and tarot related items. When we ran our Kickstarter campaign, we introduced our Nicolas Conver tarot cloth. This multipurpose cloth can be used as a tarot cloth, handkerchief, and pocket square. This is our original design and incorporates The Sun, The Moon, and the Two of Coins.
Before we order large quantities of any item, we order samples to ensure the quality. We were originally going to produce the cloth with 80 gsm cotton fabric. However, when we received the cloths, we found that the material was too thin and not up to our standard.
So, we reached out to our manufacturer and asked them to upgrade the cloth to a 120gsm cotton fabric. This provides the fabric with a much denser weave and is softer to touch.
In the above photo, we’ve taken photos of the original cotton cloth made from 80gsm fabric and our updated cloth with 120gsm fabric. Can you tell the difference?
