The First Occult Tarot is the deck Louis-Raphaël-Lucrèce de Fayolle, comte de Mellet envisioned. He correlated the Trumps with the letters in the Hebrew alphabet, described the minor suits in detail, and provided the earliest discussion of a divination technique for the Tarot.
This 78-card deck comes with an informative 143-page book that details the cards and the thinking of Louis-Raphaël-Lucrèce de Fayolle, comte de Mellet.
The Hermes Playing Card Oracle is a standard poker deck of 52 cards plus two jokers, but with the addition of symbolic images on each card, each providing a divinatory meaning. It can be used for games or laid out in the traditional pattern known as the Grand Tableau and used for divination.
