For the past year and a half, we have been working on our restoration of the Jacques Vieville tarot deck. We are happy to share that we will send the deck to the printer this week. 😄
We’ve previously used Kickstarter campaigns to help fund our restorations. However, we aren’t entirely satisfied with the Kickstarter experience, so we are taking a different approach with this deck.
We will pay for the deck in advance from product sales from our website. So, if you’ve purchased anything from our store in the past, those funds are going directly to print the Vieville deck. Thank you!
Once the deck is close to being delivered, we will open pre-orders on our website. The printing and delivery process usually takes 2 - 3 months. We hope this will be a better buying process for everyone.
10 Review Decks Available
To help raise additional funds to print the Vieville deck, we are selling 10 copies of our review deck. We only printed 25 decks which we use to check linework and colors. We also send these decks to reviewers to get their feedback.
While these decks are not the final edition, they are still beautifully printed and live up to our high standards. The main difference is that the review decks have flat colors while our print edition will have gradients.
This is the first time our review decks have been for sale, and this edition will not be reprinted. This is your chance to add this limited edition deck to your collection and help fund the full print run of the Jacques Vieville tarot.
